Global Diversity is a great way of Distant Learning. I agree with George Siemens. Technical learning can be achieved outside of the classroom. Virtual tours are great learning lesson for students. Yet, for the adult learners, professions are availed through online employment. Everyone can participate in online learning if they have the access to the internet and are willing to have dedication on the goal set before them.

What online tools are available today to facilitate these interactions among learners?

The online tools that are available today that facilitate interactions to have eLearning are computers, videoconferencing, Live chat, smart phones, eBoards, iPods, iPads and satellite technology through television.
